LAS VEGAS – Drew Johnson, Republican candidate for Nevada State Treasurer, announced today that he has earned the endorsements of the Humboldt County Republican Central Committee and the Douglas County Republican Central Committee.
The endorsements demonstrate continued support for Johnson’s campaign among Republican grassroots organizations across Nevada.
“I’m incredibly grateful to the Republicans in Humboldt and Douglas counties for their support,” Johnson said. “Nevada is much bigger than Las Vegas and Carson City, and our statewide elected officials need to understand and represent communities in every corner of the state.”
Johnson said his campaign is focused on bringing fiscal discipline, accountability, and common-sense leadership to the Treasurer’s Office.
“Whether you live in Winnemucca, Minden, Las Vegas, Reno, or anywhere in between, you deserve a State Treasurer who remembers that the money being managed belongs to you,” Johnson said. “I’m running to protect taxpayer dollars, demand accountability, and make sure Nevada’s finances are managed responsibly.”
Johnson has spent his career exposing waste, fraud, and abuse in government and advocating for transparency and fiscal responsibility. As State Treasurer, he will focus on safeguarding taxpayer dollars, maximizing Nevada’s investments, improving the state’s financial systems, and ensuring government is accountable to the people it serves.
