Las Vegas – Clark County School District Trustee Lorena Biassotti has endorsed fiscal watchdog Drew Johnson for Nevada State Treasurer.

Biassotti represents CCSD District E, which includes Summerlin and portions of northwest Las Vegas. Since taking office in January 2025, she has brought a commonsense, parent-focused voice to the Clark County School Board and has emphasized transparency, academic priorities, and the right of parents to have a meaningful role in their children’s education.

As a trustee, Biassotti has worked to ensure families are heard by district leadership and that schools remain accountable to the parents and taxpayers they serve. Her endorsement reflects Johnson’s growing support among Nevada leaders who believe government should respect families, focus on its core responsibilities, and operate with greater openness and accountability.

Johnson has spent his career exposing government waste, advancing fiscal transparency, and protecting taxpayers. As State Treasurer, he will bring that same approach to safeguarding Nevada’s finances, lowering costs, returning unclaimed property, strengthening financial education, and ensuring public dollars are managed responsibly.
