Statement Regarding Campaign Text Message

On Saturday, June 3, a text message was sent from my campaign to a number of voters without my knowledge or consent. The text was an unedited draft put together by a third-party vendor, and it was to be sent at a later date. As a result, it contained several errors.

I strive for accuracy. To prevent future occurrences, my campaign team conducted a comprehensive examination of the incident and implemented measures to ensure it won’t happen again.
